We are introducing monthly punctuality reporting

Customer focus is an important value at Fenniarail. Punctuality and delivery reliability are essential when serving customers. We monitor our punctuality closely and are now introducing transparent monthly punctuality reporting on our website.

You can find Fenniarail's latest comparable punctuality rate and the punctuality rate of all operators' freight trains, as well as their data for the previous 12 months, on our website under the Company tab.

For example, in February 2025, Fenniarail's comparable punctuality rate was 96,7% (276 freight trains, of which 9 were more than 15 minutes late from their destination), while the punctuality rate of all operators' freight trains in Finland was 93,2%. 0 cancelled transports, the last transport cancelled by the company was on 1 December 2023.
